At Wallpapers by KTK, we value your privacy and provide a straightforward process for deleting your account and associated data from our mobile application ("App").
How to Delete Your Account
To request the deletion of your account and all related personal information, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Wallpapers by KTK account.
- In the email, clearly state that you wish to delete your account. For security purposes, include the email address registered with the App.
- Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.
What Happens After Your Request
Upon receiving your request:
- We will verify that the request comes from the registered email address.
- All personal information associated with your account, including authentication data stored via Firebase Authentication, will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Additional Notes
- Account deletion will remove your access to personalized features in the App, such as saved preferences or wallpaper history.
- Cached data (e.g., wallpapers and thumbnails stored locally on your device) can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
- If you have any issues or do not receive a response within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or resend your request.
