Welcome to Wallpapers by KTK (the "App"), provided by KTK Tools ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms govern your use of the App, including all features, content, and services provided. We may update these Terms at any time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Sign-In Requirement: The App requires you to sign in with a Google account to access wallpapers and personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information during sign-in and to update it as necessary.
Security: Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
Wallpapers: The App provides access to wallpapers, which may be subject to copyright or licensing restrictions. You may download and set wallpapers as your device’s background for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the wallpapers without permission.
Ownership: All content, including wallpapers, designs, and the App itself, is owned by KTK Tools or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content: The App does not allow user-generated content uploads. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.
The App is free to use and supported by advertisements, including rewarded, interstitial, and native ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. By using the App, you consent to viewing ads, which may be personalized based on your device’s advertising settings. You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available in the App. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you must cease all use.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that wallpapers will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTK Tools, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold KTK Tools, its affiliates, officers, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KTK Tools regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
